To participate in our "Prevent-a-Litter" program, the first step is to complete an application. We offer specific applications for owned pets and for feral cats. These forms are essential for us to assess eligibility and provide the necessary subsidized spay/neuter services. You can find the attached applications for both owned pets and feral cats, ready for your completion.

Ready to help your pet or a feral cat through our "Prevent-a-Litter" program? The very first step is to complete an application. Follow the directions at the top of the application form. You can either print, complete, and scan it as a PDF document to email us, or simply email us your name, the county in which you live, and details of the animals involved to north.florida.paws.jennings@gmail.com.
